We will gladly bill your insurance for our services at the contracted rate. SGNT fees are standard for the specialties we offer and the region in which we are located. Information regarding these fees is available upon request.

Please be aware that the patient is ultimately financially responsible for all services provided. We will bill your insurance carrier; however, any fees not incurred by your insurance carrier will be the responsibility of the patient.

You deserve to understand your insurance policy coverage and your carrier's customer service department should be able to provide a clear explanation. Every policy is different, including the obligations of the member. If you have questions about a bill, please contact your insurance company and/or our billing department at (972) 254-9399.
